The 2021 Lucia’s Rosé is a great example of premium cool climate rosé. It pours a beautiful salmon pink colour and displays vibrant aromas of white peach, sweet watermelon, white pepper, lilac and strawberry jam. The palate is well balanced as there is just enough sweetness to balance the acidity without feeling like a sweet wine. 12.5% alcohol. 22g/L residual sugar. VQA Ontario.

2 Bottles Racina Pinot Squared

This 2021 vintage beautiful light pink wine is a very aromatic blend of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir that blurs the line between a white and red wine. On the captivating nose there are both red fruit descriptors like pomegranate, cranberry and dried strawberry along with orchard fruits like bosc pear and red delicious apple. 85% Pinot Grigio, 15% Pinot Noir.  8g/L sugar, 12.5% alcohol. A lower alcohol rosé with lighter character and refreshing notes with less calories than a traditional rosé wine. A fresh aroma immediately fills the glass with characters of fruit salad. Tropical fruits, strawberries and candied apple are most prominent while subtle hints of peach and plum follow. 87% Cabernet Franc, 13% Cabernet Franc Select Late Harvest.  15g/L sugar, 9.5% alcohol. 2021 vintage. A sparkling wine for all occasions, pretty in the flute with a beautiful flow of bubbles streaming through the salmon coloured wine and prettier still on the nose. Red fruits such as cherry, strawberry and tart fresh raspberry shine initially with a fresh peach, melon and delicate rose soon following. Replays of the initial red fruits are found first on the taste, with a focus on strawberry, but a wonderful cranberry and peach middle carries the wine into its lingering red apple finish.  82% Cabernet Franc, 18% Cabernet Franc Select Late Harvest. 20g/L sugar, 13% alcohol, VQA Ontario.
