Canadian Gothic White – 6 bottles

Aromatics of green apple, gooseberry, and pear, with subtle undertones of pineapple. The palate mirrors the nose, but with dominant green apple, pear and pink grapefruit, with a refreshing steely minerality. Clean acid balances residual sugar, leading to a rounder mouthfeel and a medium length finish. Canadian Gothic White is a blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Vidal and Gewurztraminer. 13.2g/L of sugar. 12.0% alc./vol. 750ml bottle.

A medium body carries the subtle earthy tones of the palate to the finish. 5 g/L sugar, 13.0% alcohol, 2021 Vintage.
