2021 Gloves Off Rose - Troy Amos Ross

Troy Amos-Ross is a Canadian retired boxer and proud member of the Canadian Boxing Hall of Fame. He represented Canada in two Olympic Games and achieved international success in the ring, celebrated for his skill, determination, and sportsmanship. After hanging up his gloves, Troy brought that same champion’s focus and passion to wine, working with Pillitteri Estates Winery to craft a rosé that reflect his unwavering commitment to excellence.

A crisp and flavourful rosé with lighter character and refreshing notes, with less calories than a traditional rosé wine. A fresh aroma immediately fills the glass with characters of fruit salad. Tropical fruits, strawberries and candied apple are most prominent while subtle hints of peach and plum follow. The palate bursts with tropical fruit. Banana, Starfruit, citrus, peach, plum and strawberry follow the first sip. This rosé is soft and refined, yet you can clearly feel the body and added punch of the Select Late Harvest Cabernet, holding the structure together in balance of acidity and sweetness. This rosé sips like a tropical sunset in the Caribbean.
