Pinot Grigio is one of the flagship varietals planted at our estate, located among the warmest and sunniest sub-appellations in the Niagara region. This abundance of sun shines through the vibrant aromatic profile of this wine, displaying notes of lemon zest, ripe apple, chamomile, pineapple, almond and quince along with a hint of honey. The palate is dry with a round mouthfeel supported by a touch of natural acidity which leads to a very smooth and refreshing finish. This is a vibrant wine that evokes images of summer weather and is delightful to enjoy on its own on a warm day. It is also diverse enough to be paired with a wide range of foods including fresh leafy green salads, antipasti, sushi and seafood pasta dishes.
