2021 Sundance Red - just 100 Calories per 5oz glass

The 2021 Sundance red is an easy drinking wine made in a soft, fruit forward style. The grapes are deliberately harvest earlier from younger vines of Cabernet Franc to achieve a drier wine with a lower alcohol content than a conventional red wine. The nose more intense than you might expect for such a light wine, and offers aromas of red cherry, cranberry, raspberry, fig, tomato leaf, black pepper, and a subtle toastiness from its short aging in oak barrels. Similarly, the palate is very fresh and juicy, with crisp acidity and almost non-existent tannins that make it exceptionally smooth.

The Sun Series of wines are crafted to offer a lighter, lower alcohol and calorie conscious wine. The wine offerings are available in a white, rose and red wine. Sun Series wines are crafted with estate fruit and are cropped, managed on the vines and harvested at specific times to develop fruit to ferment to lower levels of alcohol.
