Membership Terms
A one-year minimum commitment is required. After the first year, your membership will automatically renew and can be cancelled anytime online, by emailing winery@pillitteri.com, or by calling 905-468-3147.
Can I skip a shipment if I’m away?
Can I skip a shipment if I’m away?
Yes. You can pause or skip upcoming shipments for a maximum of six months in total. Pausing or skipping a shipment does not remove it from your membership commitment; instead, your initial membership term will be extended to account for the postponed shipment(s).
For example, if you pause your membership for two months, your initial term will be extended by two months.
You cannot pause or skip shipments beyond the six-month maximum. For example, quarterly members cannot skip two consecutive shipments, as this would exceed six months.
Pause or skip requests must be made before the applicable order has been processed. Exceptions to the six-month maximum must be approved by Pillitteri in writing. For additional questions, please contact winery@pillitteri.com.

The best way to find out if we ship to your location is to add your address at checkout. The online store will provide you shipping options for your location or advise you it cannot ship to your location.

You may send a shipment to a different address; however, you would be responsible for paying for the shipping. Complimentary shipping is only applicable when shipping to the member’s household.

If you wish to purchase this as a gift for someone. Please add the desired length of term from 1 year onwards in the note during checkout and we will apply that term to the membership.
The membership will be terminated on the date requested. The 1 year minimum term applies to gifting memberships.
